All properties will be sold with vacant possession.
| Contact | : | Prospective tenderers are requested to note that the Vendor does not have any knowledge of the history of past occupation of any of the above properties and the Lands Department will only answer questions of a general nature concerning the above properties and will not provide legal or other advice in respect of the Conditions of Sale or statutory provisions relating to the above properties. Prospective tenderers shall make their own enquiries and investigations to satisfy themselves in any matters in relation to the properties. | Submission of Tenders | : | Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Tender for Sale of Government Properties – Tender Reference : LD PM A/378/51” (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) and deposited in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated at the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before 12:00 noon on Thursday, 12 November 2026. Late tenders will not be accepted. |
