New Development Area

Lands Department is charged to coordinate the land resumption and clearance within three New Development Areas, namely, the Kwu Tung North/Fanling North New Development Areas, Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area and the Yuen Long South development area. Lands Department is also responsible for handling the land exchange applications and land disposal within the above areas.
