A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles which are licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (excluding (i) container vehicles with or without tractors or trailers attached thereto and (ii) gas vehicles as defined under the Gas Safety Ordinance (Cap. 51), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation). The determination of the District Lands Officer as to what constitutes a container vehicle with or without a tractor or trailer attached thereto shall be final and binding on the Tenant

1. a driving school designated under section 88K of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (hereinafter referred to as “the Road Traffic Ordinance”) for private cars, light goods vehicles, motor cycles and motor tricycles as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance and subject to the terms and conditions as are specified in the Tenancy Agreement and the code of practice issued under section 88N(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance as it is in force from time to time and the conditions specified under section 88K of the Road Traffic Ordinance in respect of the designation for private cars, light goods vehicles, motor cycles and motor tricycles and subject to the adequacy of facilities to be provided such other classes of vehicles as the Commissioner for Transport may approve;
2. a Transport Department Driving Test Centre; and
3. a road safety centre for the promotion of road safety

A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of private car, motor cycle, light goods vehicle, light bus and bus which are currently licensed under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374) and any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (hereinafter referred to as “the Road Traffic Ordinance”). The terms “private car”, “motor cycle”, “light goods vehicle”, “light bus” and “bus” shall be as defined in Road Traffic Ordinance

A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles (excluding goods vehicles, special purpose vehicles and trailers) and motor cycles currently licensed under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (the terms “motor vehicle”, “goods vehicle”, “special purpose vehicle”, “trailer” and “motor cycle” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation)

A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles currently licensed under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation. The term “motor vehicle” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation

1. Operating and managing the Youth Hostel as referred to in Special Condition No. 33 in the Third Schedule of the Tenancy Agreement and as defined in Part I of the Tender Application Form submitted by the Tenant in accordance with paragraph 4(b)(ii) of the Tender Notice (which Tender Application Form is hereinafter referred to as “the Tender Application Form”);
2. Organizing and managing the Event/Activity (as defined in Part I of the Tender Application Form) and Workshop/Office (as defined in Part I of the Tender Application Form). The decision of the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs as to what constitutes “an event or activity related to the promotion of youth exchange and development, arts, culture and/or sports” and what constitutes “a workshop and/or an office for promoting youth development, arts, culture and/or sports” (as referred to in Part I of the Tender Application Form) shall be final and binding on the Tenant; and
3. Eating place, and retail and services as may be approved in writing by the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs at his absolute discretion

A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles (excluding medium goods vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, special purpose vehicles and trailers) which are currently licensed for use on public streets and roads under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation
