The decision of the Director of Civil Engineering and Development as to what amounts to “ancillary facilities and uses” and what constitutes “the Prefabrication Yard” shall be final and binding on the Tenant For the avoidance of doubt, the processing of materials for recycling (except for steel reinforcing bar wastage generated from this prefabrication yard), the storage of steel reinforcing bars for direct supply to purchasers and the production of concrete and/or asphalt or any part of the process of the production of concrete and/or asphalt shall not be allowed. In determining what constitutes “materials for recycling”, “steel reinforcing bar wastage” and “storage of steel reinforcing bars for direct supply to purchasers”, the decision of the Director of Civil Engineering and Development shall be final and binding on the Tenant |

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Lands and deposited in the Public Works Tender Box situated in Room 503 on the 5th Floor, Low Block, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong. Late tenders and tenders not deposited in the Public Works Tender Box will not be accepted.
