Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Lands and deposited in the Public Works Tender Box situated in Room 503 on the 5th Floor, Low Block, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong. Late tenders and tenders not deposited in the Public Works Tender Box will not be accepted.
Checklist for Submission of Tender, Notes to Proforma 1, Proforma 1, Tender Notice, Form of Tender and Tenancy Agreement (with plan and Technical Schedule annexed) (collectively referred to as "the Tender Document") may be obtained from the Survey and Mapping Office, Lands Department, 6th Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong; the District Lands Offices, Kowloon, 4th Floor, South Tower, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon; and the District Lands Office, Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing, 10th Floor, Tsuen Wan Multi-storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories.
