A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of :

  1. motor vehicles (excluding container vehicles with their trailers attached, gas vehicles (as defined in the Gas Safety Ordinance (Cap. 51), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation) and any motor vehicle carrying or laden with any cylinder, receptacle or container, whether such cylinder, receptacle or container is empty or not, which is used or to be used to contain liquefied petroleum gas for any purpose other than as the motor fuel for such motor vehicle) which must be currently licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation within the area shown coloured pink on the tenancy plan; and
  2. motor cycles which are currently licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation within the area shown coloured pink stippled black on the tenancy plan

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Lands and deposited in the Public Works Tender Box situated in Room 503 on the 5th Floor, Low Block, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong.  Late tenders and tenders not deposited in the Public Works Tender Box will not be accepted.
