Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Lands and deposited in the Public Works Tender Box situated in Room 503 on the 5th Floor, Low Block, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong.  Late tenders and tenders not deposited in the Public Works Tender Box will not be accepted.

Information Note, Checklist for Submission of Tender, Tender Notice, Form of Tender and Tenancy Agreement (with plan annexed) (collectively referred to as "the Tender Document") may be obtained from the Survey and Mapping Office, Lands Department, 6th Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong; and the District Lands Offices, Kowloon, 4th Floor, South Tower, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon.  The Tender Document may also be downloaded via the link below:
