30 December 2025 The Government issued on 30 December 2025 an invitation for tender for the grant of Hung Shui Kiu Town Lot Nos. 18, 19, 20, 21, 23 and 24 at Areas 27B, 44B, 34B (East), 34E (North), 44A (West) and 44A (East), Hung Shui Kiu / Ha Tsuen New Development Area, Yuen Long, New Territories for a term of fifty years. The tender closing time is 12 noon on Friday, 3 July 2026.
15 January 2026 In response to an enquiry asking the availability of Chinese version of the tender documents regarding Hung Shui Kiu Town Lot Nos. 18, 19, 20, 21, 23 and 24, the Government has advised that in accordance with the current arrangement, the tender documents (including the Tender Notice, Forms of Tender, Conditions of Sale, Technical Schedules and sale plans) are only available in English. If necessary, prospective tenderers may seek independent advice in this regard.
