Lands Department - Pre-sale Consents

Three pre-sale consents issued in June

The Lands Department issued three consents for the sale of 2,968 residential units in uncompleted development projects last month (June).

The residential units located in Tsuen Wan are estimated to be completed between December 2002 and October 2003, a spokesman for the Department said today (July 5).

At the end of June, there were 26 applications for pre-sale consent involving a total of 22,830 residential units across the SAR. The units are expected to be completed between June 2002 and June 2004.

In addition, there were six applications for pre-sale consent concerning commercial developments.

There were also four applications for consent to assign involving residential units and one application for consent to assign involving commercial units.
