One pre-sale consent issued in March

The Lands Department issued one consent for the sale of 384 residential units in uncompleted development projects last month (March).
The residential units, located in Tseung Kwan O, are estimated to be completed in July 2003, a spokesman for the Department said today (April 8).
At the end of March, there were 21 applications for pre-sale consent involving a total of 20,094 residential units across the SAR. The units are expected to be completed between March 2002 and December 2003.
In addition, there were six applications for pre-sale consent concerning commercial developments.
There were also two applications for consent to assign involving residential units and one application for consent to assign involving commercial units.
