Six pre-sale consents issued in November

The Lands Department issued six pre-sale consents for the sale of 1,858 residential units in uncompleted development projects last month (November).
The projects across the SAR are estimated to be completed between June 2002 and June 2004, a spokesman for the department said today (December 6).
As at the end of November, there were 17 applications for pre-sale consent involving a total of 15,876 residential units across the SAR. The units are expected to be completed between November 2001 and December 2003.
In addition, there were two applications for pre-sale consent concerning commercial developments in Kowloon.
Applications for consent to assign being processed included three residential projects involving a total of 2,933 units on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon.
