Three pre-sale consents issued in August

The Lands Department issued three consents for the sale of 1,289 residential units in three uncompleted development projects last month (August).

The projects, located in Kowloon and on Hong Kong Island, are estimated to be completed between September 2000 and April 2002, a spokesman for the Department said today (September 5).

At the end of August, there were 16 applications for pre-sale consent involving a total of 9,127 residential units across the SAR. The units are expected to be completed between December 2000 and August 2002.

In addition, there were four applications for pre-sale consent concerning commercial developments in Kowloon.
