The Lands Department issued two consents for the sale of 2,404 residential units in two uncompleted development projects last month (July).
The projects, located on Hong Kong Island, are estimated to be completed in May 2001 and March 2002, a spokesman for the Department said today (August 3).
Consents to assign were also issued to 1,296 units of two residential projects in Tai Kok Tsui and Discovery Bay.
At the end of July, there were 17 applications for pre-sale consent involving a total of 10,048 residential units across the territory. The units are expected to be completed between September 2000 and August 2002.
In addition, there were five applications for pre-sale consent concerning commercial developments.
